What is your “Limited Lifetime Warranty”?

We offer a “limited lifetime warranty” on specific services.  This warranty covers any part or parts that may be installed to be free from manufacture defect, technician error, or anything else that may otherwise prohibit normal use of a product we either install or sell.  This does not include physical damage to said product by end-user or customer, liquid damage, or anything else that would not be normally covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.  This warranty of repair is good the lifetime you own your device.


What’s your refund policy?

Our refund policy is simple.  If after 3 attempts to repair or resolve an issue, if you are still not happy with the resolution, we will provide a full refund, minus the cost of the bench repair fee.


Do you “Price Match” with your competitors?

Absolutely.  If you happen to find the same repair service offered by one of our competitors at a lower price, and can provide the name of the competitor, and proof of the price (usually in the form of a quote) we will honor that price.
